– MUSIC;
We aim to create a love of music in children, to develop a sense of rhythm and sensitivity to sounds by placing the image of music in their imagination. We use Kodaly, Dalcroze, Suzuki, Orff, Suzuki and Orff learning methods as our active learning approaches and methods used in music teaching. In our teaching style, we apply a method that combines music and dance and ensure that our students actively participate in the lesson.
– CHESS;
Chess game is very effective in developing behaviours such as waiting-patience, respecting the rights of others, strategic thinking, developing memory and attention, meeting winning and defeat appropriately, making correct and fast decisions, as well as developing children’s ability to use time well and decision-making skills. Our aim is to ensure that children play this game with love and fun.
– OUR WORKSHOPS;
Our aim is to help children develop their ability to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions in different ways during their first years when their creativity is most open to development. Within the scope of the workshop activities, fun activities are carried out that support children’s talents without creating limits in their imagination.
– CREATIVE DRAMA;
The characteristic of drama in education is that it enables children to understand themselves by putting themselves in the place of others, to think from different perspectives, to express themselves and to be creative. In studies, drama is like a magic wand in the hands of the teacher, as long as it is applied well, it eliminates all problems.
Drama is in the nature of children. Children start to imitate nature and people from the 7th month. Thanks to drama, the child becomes a good observer. He/she discovers life. While doing this, he/she uses his/her imagination, which is the most important material in creative drama, and makes use of his/her sense organs and self.
– STEM EDUCATION;
STEM is an abbreviation consisting of the initials of Science (Science), Technology (Technology), Engineering (Engineering) and Mathematics (Mathematics). The aim of STEM education is to raise individuals with 21st century skills who can bring what they think to life and create products that will add value to life by taking the institutional knowledge put forward by the basic units and blending it with technology and engineering education.
With our STEM Programme, our kindergarten students learn with different techniques and methods by experimenting, observing, designing, modelling, coding, working individually or in groups, creating learning environments by doing and experiencing.
